Schedule

I am so looking forward to meeting you. 

If this is your first time, dress comfortably, come hydrated, try not to drink caffeine before your session. Bring your intension. After the session, take time to rest and integrate the healing. Drink plenty of fluids and do not schedule anything demanding. A relaxing walk or Epsom salt bath will do.
